This historic Mediterranean style Southern California cinema, which sits right on the beach, first opened in 1922 and served as a vaudeville house with productions by the Aufdenkamp family. This legendary cinema had its dedication by Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks. The Rivian South Coast Theater was recently restored By Rivian Electric Vehicles. Located on Pacific Coast Highway, right on the shores of Laguna Beach.

THE LIDO THEATER
This art-deco, single-screen theater is located in Newport Beach. The Lido opened to the public in 1939. Edwards Theaters, Regency, and Laemmle Theatres previously operated this venue. After restoration, the theater is once again open and currently hosting film screenings on most weekends.
